NEW! We are now doing a very special 'Irish' coffee here in Joe’s and it’s ‘DELICIOUS AF’ (ie alcohol-free)!
We gently cook Irish whiskey until the alchohol boils off. Then we use this to make a rich brown sugar syrup with a gorgeous soft whiskey flavour. We then add specialty coffee from our house roaster The Barn and gorgeous Irish cream. And hey presto: an alcohol-free Irish coffee!
It's really tasty and perfect as the weather gets colder . . .
And also note that our sister restaurant Hatch & Sons (below The Little Museum of Dublin and in the Hugh Lane Gallery) and Alchemy Juice Co (in Kildare Village) are also serving this really tasty drink!
